Medication Partner $21-$23 6pm-10pm (Part-Time)

Arrow Senior Living is looking for a Medication Partner to work part-time hours from 6pm-10pm. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for empathy, a generous gift giver, and an engaged egghead who can create a positive and inclusive environment for residents.

Requirements

• Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments
• Be present, share your talents, and be someone others can count on
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community
• Ensure the proper administration of medication
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping
• Be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
