Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our global hardware brand. You will be responsible for installing, operating, and supporting software and hardware systems to meet user requirements. The role involves first-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and encryption, including Windows OS & server, Windows-based applications, and Software Imaging
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 is beneficial
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocol and related utilities is preferred
- Experience in desktop and laptop support is preferred
