Job Description
The Desktop/IT Support associate will assist users with technical needs, install electronic equipment, maintain inventory, and troubleshoot issues. They will also provide one-on-one training and support customers with excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows/Mac, Office 365, Cloud infrastructure, and imaging
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with Service-Now and customer service software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple issues and work in a fast-paced environment
