The Ticket Sales Account Executive – Hispanic Community Focus is responsible for generating ticket revenue through the sale of a full menu of ticket products, including group tickets, season plans, partial plans, and premium products. This role focuses on driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement within the Hispanic, corporate, and soccer communities.
Requirements
- Generate ticket revenue through the sale of full menu ticket products for Real Salt Lake and Utah Royals FC
- Sell group ticket packages to a variety of prospects, including soccer organizations, corporate partners, and affinity groups
- Sell season ticket memberships, partial plans, and premium seating products to new and prospective clients
- Develop new business by actively prospecting through phone outreach, in-stadium tours, external meetings, networking events, and community initiatives
- Conduct significant out-of-office community outreach to establish and grow relationships within the Hispanic and broader soccer communities
- Manage assigned accounts to deliver a high level of customer service throughout the season
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and accounts within the CRM system
- Support matchday operations by assisting with group experiences, meeting with group leaders, prospecting clients at the stadium, and helping coordinate hospitality areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Ticket Sales department
