We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a dynamic office environment.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proven experience in a medical office or clerical role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with computers
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (encouraged)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the public and other medical professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliability and professionalism in actions and appearance
