Job Description
The League is a pre-series A mobile social dating app startup seeking a Head of Analytics to lead the analytics department and oversee junior departments and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Data Science or related field, 7+ years of experience in data analysis, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a P&L and/or reporting to a CEO
- Proven experience in executing data analytics initiatives
- Ability to lead a large analytical team
- Experience working with a wide range of data to predict financial metrics
- Experience building and leading quantitative analyses
- Experience building response and risk models for a business
