Requirements
- High School Diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting (highly preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Excellent communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
