Future Opening: Child Care Center Director

We are looking for a Center Director who is energized, passionate, and excited to help our school grow. The ideal candidate loves children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by building enrollment and creating strong relationships with families and staff.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of childcare leadership or management preferred
• Experience in childcare enrollment, customer service, or community outreach is a plus
• Background working with infants through preschool-age children
• Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing rules required
• Must meet Texas Director qualifications
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred but not required if other requirements are met
