Job Description
Join a London-Based Executive Search Firm with Global Reach. Support the growth of client and candidate pipelines by working across executive mandates within Investment Banking and Private Equity. Based remotely in South Africa, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates, maintaining accurate market data, and supporting business development efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of recruitment experience
- At least 18 months of recruitment experience, ideally in UK or US markets
- Experience recruiting within Investment Banking or Private Equity preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with LinkedIn and recruitment databases
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
