Job Description
We're seeking a Business Development / Lead Generation Consultant to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, a proven track record of consistency and reliability, and the ability to comfortably approach senior stakeholders. This is an entry-level role with a clear growth path toward full BD or 360 recruitment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (tech, digital, or data sectors preferred)
- Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles
- Confident communicator who can comfortably approach senior stakeholders
- Results-driven and motivated by hitting personal and team targets
- Self-motivated and organized comfortable working remotely full-time
- Resilient and personable to handle rejection and keep momentum
- Ideally familiar with both UK and US markets and accustomed to UK hours
- Clear, neutral English communication style (no strong accent)
