Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager required to identify and secure new business opportunities for a well-established provider of nursing staff to NHS and private healthcare organisations across England, Wales, and Scotland. Key responsibilities include new business development, client engagement, and internal collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a B2B environment engaging with senior managers
• Proven experience in drafting and delivering impactful presentations
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a business development or sales role
• Commercial awareness with a clear understanding of the competitive healthcare landscape, including NHS Improvement Agency Caps and supply frameworks
• Familiarity with vendor models such as Master Vendors and Neutral Vendors
• Sound understanding of the UK healthcare system and its structure
• Experience with client databases and CRM systems
• Good knowledge of UK geography and healthcare organisation types
