Construction Manager leads nationwide shotcrete operations with a focus on KZN and the Western Cape. The role oversees multi-site shotcrete operations, coordinates teams, and ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across several crews and project locations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of civil construction experience
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Strong understanding of wet and/or dry mix processes, equipment, and crew coordination
• Ability to manage multiple teams and sites
• Strong communication and planning ability
