Effer Ventures is seeking an AI-enabled Email Marketer to join our growing marketing team. The role involves executing, optimising, and automating email marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands, leveraging modern tools and AI to improve personalisation, performance, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, B2B marketing, or sales outreach
• Experience using AI tools for copywriting, personalisation, predictive analytics, and campaign optimisation
• Comfortable working with large datasets and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple campaigns and tasks across various brands
