External Sales Representative (Overberg WC)

Drive Construction Sales Growth Across the Overberg Region with a Leading Brick Manufacturer. Proactively visit construction sites and retail stores to promote and sell products, build and maintain strong relationships with site managers, developers, architects, and designers, and track orders, manage stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate sales records using the ERP and CRM systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a sales role, ideally in the construction or building materials industry
• Familiarity with the brick and construction process is highly advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with a solutions-driven mindset
• Confident communicator who can build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working on the road, independently managing a sales territory
• Basic computer literacy (ERP/CRM experience beneficial)
• South African citizen with a valid driver's license
• Must be currently based in the Overberg Region (Western Cape)
