Join a leading influencer marketing agency as a Finance Assistant to support the financial health of the business and help scale with purpose. As a key role in maintaining financial efficiency, you will process payables and receivables, manage aged invoices, and contribute to process automation and scaling.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
- 2+ years of experience in a similar finance assistant or bookkeeping role
- Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Proficient in using Xero accounting software
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, filters, formatting)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement improvements
