Job Description
Kickstart Your FP&A Career in a Global, Multi-Currency Business Growth Opportunity as a Senior Analyst. The role has a clear progression path to Senior FP&A Analyst within 12-18 months, offering long-term career growth and learning in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or FP&A functions required
- Newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA(SA), CPA or equivalent)
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and Excel modelling
- Experience using Power BI or other BI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership
- Confident working with international businesses and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a drive for automation and process improvement
