Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating art direction and video editing.
- Design high-quality visual assets for social media, campaigns, web, email, and events while maintaining brand consistency.
- Produce motion graphics and exceptional short-form video content, including reels for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Create sales and pitch materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and whitepaper graphics for companies and clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand vision and translate it into social-first creative that feels authentic.
- Apply strong typography and layout fundamentals to both digital and physical outputs.
- Make complex environmental and sustainability topics digestible and inspiring for diverse audiences.
