INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We're looking for a competitive, hard-working, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an ISR, you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new customer relationships.

Requirements

• Achieve personal goals related to KPIs sales quota, # of discovery calls, # of new pipeline deals created
• Self-source deals through outbound prospecting efforts to build and maintain your pipeline
• Conduct qualification/discovery calls to qualify new prospects
• Manage the sales cycle and create a sense of urgency to ensure deals close in a timely manner
• Gain proficiency with the product, the pain the Sterimax solves, key value propositions,and objection handling to support opportunity development
• Diligently log, track, and report on KPIs, tasks, and relevant prospect information in CRM and other sales tools
• Proactively seek out professional development opportunities to hone sales craft and introduce best practices, learning and ideas to help improve sales team performance.
