Job Description
Property Management Group seeks an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in Western Cape. The incumbent will be responsible for debt collecting, inspections, tenant management, and property administration.
Requirements
- No criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau
- Valid and unendorsed driver's license
- At least 5-8 years of experience in property administration
- Skills in debt collecting, inspections, tenant management, and property administration
