Requirements

- In-depth understanding of healthcare recruitment and compliance in the UK
- Track record of success in a 360-recruitment or high-volume delivery environment
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment CRMs
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
