Recruitment Consultant role with a specialist executive search firm partnering with top-tier Investment Banks and Private Equity funds globally. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, grow a global book of business, and lead mandates across the financial services sector.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a 360° recruitment role with a proven billing track record
- Proven success managing clients in finance, legal, or professional services
- Strong business development skills with a closer mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication for high-level client interaction
