Business Development Recruitment Consultant

We are a well-established specialist recruitment firm looking for a Business Development Recruitment Consultant to help expand our in-house accountancy client base in the UK. The role involves driving new business development, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to present candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Finance and Accountancy recruitment is preferred but not essential
• Proven background in B2B sales or business development
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Driven by results and motivated by achieving targets
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setup
• Quick learner with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working UK hours from South Africa

Benefits

• Basic salary of R25,000 - R28,000 per month
