Senior Project Manager Woodstock, Cape Town Salary R30 000 to R45 000

An experiential lighting company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple lighting and construction related projects simultaneously, managing costs, timelines, client relationships, suppliers, stock ordering, and a small in-house team.

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years (or equivalent) experience in project management, preferably in construction, lighting, interior fit-out, or related field.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously (10-15 projects) with tight deadlines.
• Strong cost management skills: budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses.
• Excellent client facing and communication skills; ability to negotiate, manage expectations, and secure approvals/sign-offs.
• Experience with procurement, ordering stock, supplier management.
• Leadership experience: managing, mentoring, directing staff; ability to delegate and motivate a small team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline oriented. Able to identify risks early and take corrective action.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in project management tools/software, scheduling, and reporting.
