Support / Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Support/Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts from the point of sale, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a sales support role
• Previous experience as an Estate Agent is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines
• Confident and professional when dealing with clients on a daily basis
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using a variety of software tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Knowledge of social media, website management, or design tools is a plus

Benefits

• Salary: R30,000 per month
• Working Hours: UK Hours (8AM - 4PM or 9AM -5PM)
