Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journeys, and wireframes
• Develop intuitive user flows, site maps, and responsive layouts
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools
• Design clean, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces across devices
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with product, development, and stakeholder teams to align design with strategy
• Run usability tests, analyse user feedback, and iterate designs accordingly
• Present design concepts clearly and back decisions with user data and UX best practice
• Ensure designs align with brand identity, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user needs
