Job Description
Warehouse Supervisor role in a fast-moving warehouse operation where precision, leadership, and results make all the difference. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising a team, and driving performance through clear planning and hands-on leadership.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, preferably FMCG.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAGE Evolution is a plus.
- Clear communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
