We are a growth-focused agency that helps health-and-wellness practices scale through lead generation, retention, and automation. We're looking for a Web Designer & Developer VA to join our team and help build end-to-end marketing systems.
Requirements
- Design-first mindset with a Conversion Rate Optimization lens
- Expertise in Figma, including components, variables, libraries, and Relume workflows
- Experience building SEO-driven landing pages at scale using templates and repeatable structures
- Comfort setting up and managing Google Business Profiles
- Competence in Webflow builds with clean class naming and structure
- Strong copy instincts with the ability to tighten AI-generated copy
- Speed and accuracy under deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort working from SOPs and delivering autonomously with light direction
