Math Instructional Coach

This position is for a Math Instructional Coach, aiming to improve the quality of instruction at the Academy. The role involves supporting teachers, providing feedback, sharing best practices, and facilitating professional learning within the school. It includes data analysis, collaboration with the school leader, and monitoring classroom implementation.

Requirements

• Superior teaching skills, evidenced by a current teaching certificate/license.
• 3-5 years of teaching experience.
• Demonstrated success in teaching, as evidenced by student assessment data.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Ability to effectively share data and curriculum with school staff.
• Ability to conduct classroom observations and data analysis.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff.
• Knowledge of differentiated instructional methods.
• Ability to recognize and develop staff training.
• Understanding of data and assessments.
