Plating Process Technician - 2nd Shift

Avtec Finishing is looking for a Plating Process Technician to work on 2nd shift in New Hope, MN. The job involves performing plating operations, setting up and monitoring plating lines, and following safety procedures. Training is provided for the right candidate. Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work habits
• 0-2 years plating or manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow directions, and work safely
• Attention to detail
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Comfort with tools like rulers/tape measures and digital systems
• Teamwork and cooperative mindset
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Forklift experience is a plus!
• Interest in industry certifications (CEF/NASF)
• Desire to meet production and performance expectations
• U.S. work authorization
• MUST be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
