Job Description
Avtec Finishing is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee operations in their metal finishing and plating facility. The successful candidate will lead a team, drive results, and ensure top-quality work in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- College degree
- CEF/NASF certification or willingness to obtain
- Hazwoper/Hazardous Waste training (preferred)
- Forklift license (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measurement tools
