Job Description
The Foreman position is responsible for providing strategic planning, documentation, and direct in-field supervision of a crew working on all phases of projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supervising construction projects
- 7+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Strong knowledge and experience interpreting drawings/project specifications and scheduling/planning construction work
- Experience and familiarity with industry standard equipment
- Knowledge and understanding of prevailing wage rules, when applicable
