Job Description
The Senior Project Manager manages wastewater, water treatment, and streetscape construction projects from inception to completion as a general contractor, demonstrating excellent leadership, planning and scheduling, project execution, financial management, and technical expertise.
Requirements
- B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience working for a similarly positioned contractor as a Project Manager
- Previous experience working as a Foreman or Superintendent on similar projects a plus
- Estimating experience, a strong plus
- Proven ability to create and manage budget
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail oriented
- Proficient in technology (MS Office Suite, Primavera, AutoCAD, Vista)
