Development and Grants - Development Director

The Lucky Foundation is seeking a Development Director to join its Advisory Committee. The Development Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing fundraising and development strategies to support the organization's mission and financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of successful fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Grant writing experience and knowledge of grant application processes
• Proficiency in donor management software and fundraising databases
• Ability to develop and execute fundraising strategies
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising regulations and ethical standards
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
