Join us in telling the stories of Santa’s North Pole as the Digital Engagement Manager. This role will oversee the end-to-end publishing process, manage the unified editorial calendar, and ensure brand safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience in social media, publishing operations, or digital content management.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in social media, publishing operations, or digital content management
- Experience managing influencer/creator programs
- Experience with brand storytelling, copy editing, and channel-specific writing
- Strong operational skills: deadlines, documentation, multi-platform publishing, process and systems-thinking mindset
- Experience navigating content reviews across many teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Sprout, Meta Suite, CMS tools, analytics dashboards, and content calendars
