Director of Product Integrity

Develop and oversee robust product integrity programs, ensuring products meet regulatory, quality, and ethical standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product integrity, product safety, quality, or regulatory compliance in Consumer products
• Proven experience leading regional or multi-country product integrity programs with suppliers in Asia
• Experience in factory evaluation, supplier audits, product inspection, and quality/production improvement
• Strong background in manufacturing, supplier management, and regulatory compliance
• Deep knowledge of product safety regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk-based decision-making
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to manage complex, high-risk issues in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in English required
• Willingness to travel to factories in Asia as needed
