Senior Director of CPG/Product Design

The Senior Director of CPG/Product Design will lead the development of product designs across categories, ensuring they are emotionally resonant, brand-aligned, and commercially scalable.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, industrial design, or toy design, preferably in licensing, entertainment, or storytelling-driven brands
• Robust design portfolio demonstrating dimensional storytelling, surface development, and product visualization
• Experience managing and mentoring design teams and delivering collaborative design reviews with stakeholders
