Job Description
The Client Development Operations Assistant will support the Client Development Unit by conducting follow-ups with clients, gathering information, and coordinating team activities. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion. The position involves working with clients, internal teams, and coordinating marketing events.
Requirements
- Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding documents and updates on previously provided quotes
- Assist with gathering relevant information from walk-in clients to support CDU Representatives in generating quotes
- Liaise with the GIS team to obtain GIS contracts and endorsements
- Complete allocated Special Discounts within 4 hours of receipt
- Coordinate & attend, as necessary, any marketing events or activity for the Client Development Unit
- Manage the stationery and office supply stock for the Unit
- Coordinate team activities within the unit, including meetings, team building activities, etc.
