The Multi-Site Property Manager is responsible for directing the team members on assigned properties, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring financial and operational goals are met.
Requirements
- At least three years' residential property management experience, supervising 3 or more subordinates
- Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance and construction
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated proficiency in using property management software (Yardi), Microsoft Office Suite, and database management applications
- Demonstrated mathematical and analysis skills
- Experience and developed management and supervisory skills
- Marketing knowledge including digital technology and social media
- Employment history that demonstrates sales, marketing, and customer service background
- First-hand experience in multi-site property management and residential property operations
- Knowledge of leasing agreements and terminology
- Excellent understanding of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations
