Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent Real Estate Certificate
- 3-5+ years of experience in real estate development and/or investment
- Passion for real estate development, high-quality design and construction, and placemaking
- Outstanding work ethic and flexibility
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks within a tight time schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and independence in carrying out responsibilities and assignments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
