Job Description
As an Instructional Assistant with Student Transportation, you will work with classroom instructors and staff to offer targeted teaching and support to students, and drive a route of students to and from school. You will be responsible for managing classroom behaviors, driving a school van, and reporting behavioral concerns.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's license
- Registered Behavior Technician, Youth Worker, Mental Healthcare Technician, or ABA Technician experience
- Substitute Teacher Certification or Bachelor's Degree
- Security or Juvenile Justice background
- Ability to operate tactfully under stress
- Flexibility to change in routines
- At least 23 years of age
- Able to work with high-risk special needs students
