Behavioral Health Case Manager/ Counselor- Assertive Community Treatment

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager/ Counselor to join our Assertive Community Treatment team. The candidate will provide in-person community and home-based treatment to clients 18 years and older, including mental health counseling, community-integrated therapy interventions, and case management. We provide on-site training and licensure supervision, making the position available for anyone new to the field, or experienced and looking to grow as a mental health professional.

Requirements

• 60-credit master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field, that includes an internship.
• Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of NH (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, LADC)
• Knowledge of the mental health and substance use fields
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and be able to demonstrate a 'clean' driving record.
• Self-Starter, Independent
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Compassion for and a desire to work with individuals who are seeking mental health services
