RN - Medication Services Department

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assist clients in need of Level 1 Services in valuable and exciting ways, providing services as a Nurse/Case Manager. The role involves working with fellow nurses, medical assistants, case managers, counselors, APRNs, and Psychiatrists to enhance client recovery and promote their quality of life.

Requirements

• Assess client status and needs
• Advocate for TMS Services as appropriate to client needs and goals
• Assist with the delivery of TMS services as relates to an RN's defined role functions
• Support goal achievement as appropriate to the role of an RN in an outpatient mental health treatment setting
• In conjunction with the client's treatment team, assist the client in development of a treatment plan targeting the client's goals for treatment
• Recommend and advocate for ancillary services to support recovery
• Provide occasional psychotherapy services as appropriate to client needs and concerns
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring
• Promote maintenance of mental and physical health through appropriate service provision, referral services and community integration efforts
