Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in institutional or commercial cleaning
- Demonstrated ability to lead unionized staff with professionalism, fairness, and consistency
- Strong people-management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, correct, and motivate employees
- Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment in addressing workplace issues
- Experience with a broad range of cleaning methods, equipment, and technologies preferred
- Excellent computer skills required
- OSHA knowledge required
