Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Assistant to join our lending team. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining commercial loan documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting loan application through closing and post-closing activities. This position also supports onboarding new client relationships and maintaining electronic credit files.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
- Commercial lending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and banking laws
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
