Job Description
The Mick George Group is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction works, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations in the UK.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant vocational qualifications in construction or related field
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UK
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
- SSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent health and safety certification
