Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and day-to-day operations of the community. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work, as well as repair of appliances and building exteriors. They will also be responsible for ensuring units are ready for new residents and managing preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner.
- Repair items such as showers, sinks, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
- Coordinate special projects.
- Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance and Reliable Transportation
- HVAC Certification
