Job Description
Conifer Realty is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing maintenance team. This on-site role involves overseeing residential maintenance activities, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and minor repairs. Requirements
- Communication with Community Manager on Maintainability Status
- Painting, Plumbing, Electrical Wiring, Carpentry, Dry Wall, Cleaning skills
- Emergency response duties
- Effective and timely punch out of vacant units
- Proper maintenance schedule application and adherence
- Good eye/hand coordination and color perception
- Physical attendance at assigned work location during scheduled hours
