Join The Morgan Group as a Director – Debt Capital Markets and support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt financing across Morgan’s development and acquisition. Develop expertise in various real estate debt products and build a long-term career in real estate finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, capital markets, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of multifamily real estate, commercial lending, and capital
