Job Description
The Loan Officer / Mortgage Retail Sales Manager is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, developing referral relationships, and guiding borrowers through the loan process.
Requirements
- Active NMLS license (required)
- 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to develop referral relationships and maintain a client-focused approach
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
