Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing safe and environmentally compliant daily production operations to ensure the continuous functioning of the mine, managing hourly personnel, maintaining product quality, ensuring safety and environmental standards, and overseeing raw material usage.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience or 2-year technical program with 2+ years of experience
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be an effective leader and have positive influence on hourly workforce
- Strong motivational, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must hold, or be willing and able to obtain, a valid Underground Supervisory Ticket in accordance with applicable mine regulations
